Here's our story
A doctor had a TMS machine but needed help
That's where Donna Behring stepped in. She introduced her son, Justin Gammill, and an opportunity was born. Over the next year, Justin helped grow that small TMS practice substantially and more doctors began requesting his help.
Only one thing was missing: Marketing
They used a popular TMS marketing company and had decent success, but they always believed it could be better.
They created their own CRM, ran their own ads, automation, everything, and their clients' growth was undeniable. They decided to pivot, focusing on providing these TMS marketing and consulting services to a wider audience.

Recognizing that TMS is a highly specialized field, we attracted several TMS experts including Jake Buchanan, a Practice Development Consultant from a leading TMS manufacturer. Our team now has 7 employees all with multiple years of TMS experience.

We have never wanted to own TMS clinics ourselves like those big franchises you see. We believe doctors and providers should be in control to ensure the highest quality patient care. Our services are there to support the practice.
Timeline
2000
Donna Behring starts The Clinical Research Group to facilitate phase II - phase IV clinical trials for private practice physicians, including TMS.
2019
Donna's son, Justin Gammill, partners up to start TMS Clinical Therapy, to help providers run their TMS service-lines.
2020
Justin's brother, Bryce Gammill, joins the company to handle reimbursement, billing, and company finances. Lesly Sandoval joins to expand their coverage.
2021
TMS Clinical Solutions grows to 2 locations and starts working with Jake Buchanan, a Practice Development Consultant for BrainsWay, who later partners up.
2022 & Beyond
TMS Clinical Solutions grows to 5 locations and they create a sister company, TMS Marketing Solutions, which reaches overnight success offering TMS marketing and consulting services to a wider audience.
